Immaculate Conception student places second in float contest

Immaculate Conception Elementary School third grader Charles Dufrene III placed second in the 2013 Oakwood Mall Float Contest. He created the religious-inspired float, "Rolling From Fat Tuesday to Ash Wednesday."
